Zappar and Sport Relief now together in new AR campaign

Sport Relief is launching a new direct mail campaign using zapcodes of Zapper.

This is to deliver mailshots to a million homes across Cardiff, Glasgow, London and Manchester.

The mailshot can be zapped using mobile phones and this will show Chris Hoy on the screen, cycling. He will also deliver a motivating pep talk.

Users can also pose for a picture sporting different Sport Relief themed headgears and medals will be placed onto their picture.

Each city will have a unique zapcode with different messages from Chris and there will be custom URLs linking to sign up pages for each city.

Users can sign up to the first ever Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games planned in the coming year.

The campaign has been designed to offer an edge to door drops. The fun content has call to action built into it.

This year Comic Relief chose OpenMarket to power its Sport Relief mobile engagement platform.
