The PSP Phone might not be ready for a commercial launch, but Microsoft has been working on the Xbox Phone.
The Telegraph has reported that Microsoft is trying to bring the Xbox Live enabled games to their Windows Mobile devices. Users can expect to download Xbox Live content from Xbox phones or the Windows Marketplace.
The Xbox branded phone will allow syncing the mobile phone contacts with the Xbox Live gamer IDs in the same way as Live Anywhere. Live Anywhere had brought the PC platform and the Xbox in sync and allowed the contact list and friends to merge.
Another feature that is expected to be present in the Xbox phone is Microsoft Points currency system. This enables the user to gain Microsoft points for downloading applications from the Windows Marketplace.
