Vodafone bags the award for the Best Network

Orange and Vodafone bag three awards each at the Mobile News Awards 2010.

Vodafone swept off the award for the Best Network, Convergent Solution for Vodafone One and Environmental Enterprise for Vodafone Foundation: World of Difference.

Orange bagged the wards for the Best Retailer and Innovative Service for Orange Social Life. Tom Alexander, the Chief Executive of Orange took home the ward for the mobile News Lifetime Achievement Award.

The award for the Best Manufacturer was won by HTC by defeating RIM, LG and Samsung. The Industry Advance Award was won by O2. This award was presented by the Mobile News Editorial Team for addressing corporate customers, single person operations and SMEs through O2’s Joined Up service.

Data Select got the award for the Best Handset Distributor, while 20:20 Mobile won the award for the best Accessories Distributor. Mainline Digital Communications won the award for the best Airtime Distributor.
