Samsung-ESPN 12 part series announced

ESPN and Samsung have developed a 12 part mobile series to showcase how Samsung’s technology improves sports.

The episodes have been made in collaboration with Starcom, Samsung’s media agency.

This new partnership will have product placement for Samsung in return to it buying a range of advertising space from ESPN for its global media. The product placement will feature Samsung devices like Galaxy SII and Galaxy Tab 10.1. The participants of the series will use Samsung devices to share photos, videos and behind the scene experiences with their friends and family.

The series is called Project Teamwork and it has been developed by the International Content Development Group of ESPN. It will cover four continents and cover five teams trying to make it big in different sports – handball, free-running, football, track and volleyball.

The episodes will run on the ESPN website and the YouTube and Facebook channels of Samsung Mobile.
