Record $10 million Q2 overseas sales for Gamevil

Gamevil announced its Quarter 2 results of 2013 and reported a record high overseas sales that hit $10.2 million.

This figure excludes Korea.

Sales reached an impressive $18.5 million, operating profit was $3.2 million and net profit was $3.6 million. The overall growth was 18% over the last quarter and 35% in sales year-on-year.

Gamevil recently grew in China and it is clear that things are going well because there was the announcement that more than 300 million downloads were surpassed. This is even though operating profit declined by 26% but this was caused by market expenses following its global expansion and increased third party royalties.

The record overseas result was 70% increase year-on-year and came mainly from North America, South America, Asia and Europe.

ARPU for games like Dark Avenger, Fishing Superstars and Monster Warlord has also become higher thanks to service based features and constant updates from Gamevil. is the home of mobile bingo – our current favourite is mmmBingo.
