According to a recent survey conducted in Europe by CCS Insight, mobile operators are failing to generate enough hype about mobile internet usage among young people.
The survey revealed that the youth prefer visiting popular web brands like Facebook and Twitter instead of opting for innovative services like the Nokia Ovi.
Martin Garner, the director of CCS Insight remarked that the survey was done to get a vivid picture of the current situation of the mobile internet usage. The mobile internet users of today are ready to pay for games and good content.
More than one fourth of the young people regularly access the internet using their mobile phones. The picture in Spain and Italy is a little different though. Women below the age of 36 have no experience of using the internet on their mobile phones. CCS Insight quoted that this survey shows that the mobile operators have not been able provide appropriate services to its customers.
