The E72, the much awaited successor of the Nokia E71, is finally here. Nokia has also started taking pre-orders for its latest mobile phone.
The company has not divulged any news about the release date yet, but the price is fixed at £359. It was announced in June 2009 that the cost of the E72 would be £300. The sudden price hike was, however, unexpected. The phone is available for pre-orders only on the Nokia website.
The Nokia E72 has a 5-megapixel camera with flash and an optical trackpad. The trackpad helps in better scrolling through messages. The headphone jack measures 3.5 mm as compared to the 2.5-mm jack of the E71. The E72 scores pretty high as a business phone.
US consumers looking for a cheaper deal can find the Nokia E72 for just £295 on Amazon US website. This offer is valid only for buyers in the US.
