Mojiva Tab is the world’s first tablet-only ad network

Mojiva, the mobile ad network has come up with Mojiva Tab, a tablet-only platform that will allow users to specifically target ads for the large screens tablets.

Tablets now account for an increasing number of the 1.1 billion devices that Mojiva serves. Mojiva reached 40 million tablets in June this year, a staggering increase from the 3 million numbers in June 2011.

Mojiva tablet ad requests also hit 2.13 billion in August 2012 – another staggering increase from 119 million in January 2011, the increase being 20 times.

The idea of the new platform is to give clients a better chance of engaging with consumers through tailored rich media platforms. Celtra, the rich media ad specialist, is now enlisted as a partner for Mojiva.

David Gwozdz, CEO, Mojiva, said that with the increase in number of tablets and tablet specific ads now being created there is a demand from advertisers to reach out to this audience.
