The European Interactive Advertising Association has conducted a survey across 15 European markets recently.
The results of the survey clearly show that mobile internet has been very well received by the masses.
According to the reports presented by European Interactive Advertising Association, 51 percent of the mobile users in the UK are aware of the internet accessibility of the internet through mobile phones.
More than 10 million people access the internet using their mobile phones every week. Now people spend less time reading the reading the newspaper and takes time off for browsing the internet through mobile phones. People of UK spend 5.3 hours weekly going through the newspaper as compared to 6.3 hours weekly on the mobile internet.
Mobile users in the age group of 16 to 24 years amount to 43 percent of the people using the mobile internet weekly. One in every three consumer plays games, while one in every five listens to the radio online.
