MEEP tablet sees six new titles from Gameloft

Gameloft recently signed deals with toy makers Playmobil and Hasbro to bring their brands to mobile.

The publisher is continuing in the kid’s domain by launching six titles including UNO for the upcoming MEEP tablet from Oregon Scientific.

UNO is a card-based game and will come with two specially optimized versions. The first enables users to play against friends using WiFi and the other is in a tournament mode that increases in difficulty as the game progresses.

MEEP is a seven-inch Android-powered tablet that is aimed at children aged six plus. It sports a silicon rubber sleeve to protect against inevitable drops. It also has 4GB internal storage and an exclusive MEEP app store where parents can pay for content with virtual currency.

The first units of MEEP will cost £129.99 and will start shipping from October 1st in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK and the USA.
