iPhone Sales more than Doubled

During the quarter ended 31st March, Apple more than doubled their iPhone sales as compared to 2009.

These results exclude the sales of iPad. iPad, scheduled to be introduced in the UK at the end of May, is expected to add further £654 million in sales revenue.

June of this year will see the introduction of the newest version of iPhone. OS4.0, the updated operating system has already been unveiled and it enables users to do multi-tasking.

Steve Jobs has been quoted as saying that many more extraordinary products from Apple are in the pipeline for this year.
