Google Android Upgrade to have Integrated Flash

Google’s next update for its Android platform will have an integrated Flash support.

VP Engineering Andy Rubin confirmed with the New York Times that Android 2.2, also known as Froyo, will contain this extra support. However, it is not clear whether this will be the already heard about Flash 10.1. That would mean a delay in upgrade.

We don’t know when the new Froyo upgrade will be released but if Flash 10.1 is part of Android 2.2, we will need to wait. Adobe has already announced that Flash 10.1 will not be released until later this year.

There are many constant upgrades that are flooding the market. We had the issue where HTC Hero had wait for an entire year to be able to come at par with the latest version of Android.

Froyo being made to wait will help the market catch up and help users get bored of all that they already have.
