E-book solution added to Twonky SDK

Page Foundry, the white label e-book firm and PacketMedia, the multimedia software provider, have teamed to integrate the solution into the former’s Twonky SDK.

This new platform will allow the developers working on it to create e-books that will feature audio, video, images and other rich media content. If the development is not done using this platform then only apps can be produced using the SDK.

As per Joel Espelien, Chief Business Officer at PacketVideo, this new platform forms part of the core strategy of the company and it will allow PacketVideo to offer its customers a complete digital content solution.

The motto of PacketVideo is to ensure that its customers can access all their digital content from a single access point. While PacketVideo already allows this capability for videos, music and photos, this partnership with Page Foundry means that the capability can be extended to e-books too as the first digital content ecosystem solution.
