ClickTale can make movies on customer browsing habits

ClickTale Mobile, an Israel based company, can track user behavior on various websites so that companies can study these behavior patterns and make changes to improve their results.

ClickTale has now launched a beta mobile version to track user behaviors on tablets and smartphones. It can create outputs from the aggregated behaviors and can also make videos of each session.

As per Dr. Tal Schwartz, co-founder and CEO, ClickTale, said that mobile sites are like black boxes that don’t tell companies how customers interact with the sites. They can now track every tap, swipe, tilt and pinch to know what is working for them and what is not. They can make improvements based on this tracking.

CBS already works with ClickTale to assess what users are doing on websites of CNET and on Last.fm. The full mobile solution from ClickTale will be available to the public toward the end of this year.

Bingo lovers can now play mobile bingo from LadyLucks Bingo, iPhone Bingo and mmmBingo!
