Changing strategy reflected through brand change of Neomobile

Neomobile from Italy began its journey in the D2C personalization space but has now evolved to position itself as a mobile payments enabler in the market.

Early in 2011 they bought Onebip, the ‘pay by mobile’ specialist firm. This enabled it to add web merchants to its client base. It then, in June 2011, added UCT, the Turkish content group within its fold.

Through all this Neomobile can now offer m-commerce services to 70 countries worldwide from its 12 offices. This has resulted in a 50% increased turnover in 2011. Their corporate branding has changed a bit where the commerce strapline has now been added to the existing red and grey color pattern.

CEO Gianluca D’Agostino has admitted that 2011 has been the best in the 5-year history of the company. Neomobile are now leaders in Mexico and France and have started services in Colombia and India. The year ended with investment in Pantea.
