Activision signs up with Swrve for analytics and testing

Activision has signed up with Swrve for licensing agreement for their mobile app A/B testing services and in-game behavioral analytics.

The technology used by Swrve has already been integrated by Activision into their Skylander Could Patrol. Skylanders Could Patrol became a top selling iOS game in the Apple iTunes Store. Activision has planned to continue with Swrve as they introduce more games on mobiles.

The real time platform of Swrve will allow its product team to continuously test messages, content and flows. This will allow tuning of games and maximizing engagement. The platform is specifically designed for non-programmers and this makes A/B testing more accessible.

Hugh Reynolds, founder and CEO – Swrve expressed his delight at partnering with Activision and expressed hope that games will reach the next level of customization and personalization.

More gamers are now demanding personalized experience in mobile games that are designed as per their individual tastes and preferences.
