4 billion and going for Binbit

Mexican firm Binbit took just five months to process a million SMSs as it touched 4 billion.

This year has been pure whirlwind for the Latam D2C specialist. It hit the figure of 3 billion in June and has now expanded into new regions through acquisitions and office expansions.

Launched in 2006, Binbit offers a range of mobile consumables. Some of the consumables are originals and the rest come from major licensers like Associated Presses, EMI Music and Universal Music.

The expansion of the firm has been huge since its launch and by the end of this year it will have its presence in as many as 35 countries. Some of the countries where expansion will happen by the end of the year include Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Binbit will also start its Oceania services and is planning to open 10 more offices in the next 6 months.
