3D launched on Smaato network

Smaato has now enabled 3D on its network.

They have introduced the new AdJitsu technology that now enables users to push an image with their fingers to view it in 3D. They can also tip the screen forward and backward and get a 3D walkaround experience.

The ads for this new service have already been launched with other partners in US and UK on iPad and iPhone. Smaato is now looking to integrate this technology into its SOMA platform, a platform that aggregates over 70 ad networks in more than 230 countries all over the world.

Ragnar Kruse, CEO – Smaato, has expressed his excitement with this new partnership with Cooliris. He said that rich media contributes substantially to the growth of mobile advertising and this new deal will let publishers and developers use this platform for maximizing their revenues.

Cooliris had also inked a similar deal last summer with Amobee.
